You’re from Czech! The scallops you saw were for drinks. People in Japan usually eat snacks while drinking alcohol. Such as finger foods. Dried scallops are common nibbles. From Japan.

Those are lion dances btw.. I would say the main difference between lion and dragon dance is that u can expect the dragon body to be longer and usually being held by a few people under it. Lion dance is just being manned by two persons (head and tail portions). I would say this is a extra-short summary of the difference. I'm sure someone else would elaborate more on this (this is the internet anyway..).. anyhow, have a good trip in Malaysia.. and of course, Welcome back!
