I had this fanfiction idea where the gang has to travel through each other's memories and they get stuck on embarrassing childhood memories so Angel tries to go into Vaggie's memories only to see her as a full grown adult being told to report to training and at first they think Angel messed up only to realize that this was her first memory

Honestly I feel that having the Exorcist be humans who died would be a more interesting route than being simply created by Adam. It would have meant that all of them had ‘earned’ their place in Heaven, which would make u wonder were the exorcist like Lute always the way they were, or were they different when they were on Earth. Hopefully we see and get to know more Exorcist now that Adam is gone and Lute is in charge.

I dont think bc: vaggie died on earth in 2014 this still canon as the pilot and it wasnt changed. Also adam doesn thave the power to create life since he is only a half human half angel(likely he didnt died on earth same as lilith were sent to hell as a human, he was brought up to heaven by the elders, this explains why he has powers that a winner shouldnt have) in heaven winners can have human forms. Vaggie original name is Vagatha, Adam by nameing her, he likely meant that he gave her the name that he uses like danger tits for lute. Also if adam would created the exorsists than the Adam and Lute ship would be realy wierd and bad. If they were created by heaven which i doubt, than they would be created by pure light as all angel is created from that, pure light cant become this evil u cant creat evil from good energy. My theory is that hellborn demons become extermination angels when they die; they have female imp horns

I feel like maybe some are made from Adam, but also some are sort of people who follow this criteria for entering the army: 1. Be female. It’s unclear why this is the case, though it’s possible that Adam is insecure and feels like ordering a ton of men as well as women would be taking away his individuality. (He was also the only human man who existed, so he may just feel weird talking to others) 2. The angelic form that the human takes must be grey, white/grey hair, (possibly other colors, but we don’t know) not have over the top features that most human angels do. (It’s also possible that it’s a repressed genetic trait found in only a small number of humans that is only exhibited after they die, and if they end up as an angel. Perhaps it’s a remnant of Eve, or some sort of angelic trait passed down only to some people, I’m not sure) 3. They also have to be on VERY, VERY thin ice when getting into Heaven. As in, they barely got in. And, it’s very possible that only the top of the top of angels that were cutthroat and violent get to be allowed into the army, while the rest are sent to where the winners spend their days at. 4. They also have to be 100% compliant with murder. It’s shown in their design, it’s only black and white color schemes all around, showing how they serve as a twisted form of Justice by treating every sinner the same, as if they all are there for the same reason, and all did the except same offense, with 100% every other choice.. and it’s shown with Vaggie’s design that she stands out. She has splashes of color in her design despite still having grey and black parts all around, and it shows how Vaggie is one of the few angels that realizes how evil and undignified the whole extermination actually is. She’s merciful, and she doesn’t see every sinner as deserving of death. That’s why she spared the child.

Guys please don't ignore the fact that viv confirmed that vaggie DIED in 2014, and we don't see her die in the pilot or season 1,the only exorcist that we see actually dying is the one carmilla killed

I remember a few facts. Vaggie is in fact, a sinner. Half of her life on earth she was like Angel Dust, but not because she wanted to, so the rest of her life she spent in church, and that’s how she got to heaven. (I think that was on one of Vivzie’s streams, if I’m wrong or it’s not cannon anymore correct me.) Also, Aera and Emily turned to more human like forms when they first appeared. You can see that for a second in “Welcome to Heaven”.

There’s also the argument that Adam (the first man on earth) has gold blood, even though he’s not heaven borne, also the exterminations have happened for thousands of years, and therefore, the numbers of exorcists as earth born sinners increases. When I originally watched Hazbin, I wondered if Vaggie was a human on earth with a military background, who despite participating in destruction and death during her time as a soldier, saves someone else at the cost of her own life. This is enough to get offered a deal by Heaven, she can join the Exorcist army and do what she does best under Adam’s command, and enjoy the bliss of Heaven on her time off… or, she can go to Hell. I don’t know about all of you, but I know which one I’M picking if presented this choice. Then episode six rolled in, I’d already guessed that Vaggie was from heaven, so the reveal wasn’t shocking, and it made sense that she’d been with the Exorcists as A. How else would she have gotten sent to Hell (apart from an anger management issue, Vaggie didn’t seem the sinful type), and B. If she was human and had a military background, then joining the Exorcists just made sense. But as you said, Adam naming her threw a wrench in this Headcannon, as now that implies he made her. There is one flaw in your reasoning about the gold blood the exorcists have, since Adam also has gold blood, but he was originally human like Lilith, which implies that ascending to Heaven gives you the gold blood, or Adam is just a favoured son, but yea, definitely food for thought.
