The Extraction Automata

9 жыл бұрынAn "old school" dentist performs an extraction of a tooth with a little help from others. Marvin, the patient is reconsidering future visits to this dentist. The dentist, Hal O'Tosis has a hygienist, Ginger Vitus, the receptionist, Lima Peru, and Molar the Birthday Clown are throwing in their weight to help. Molar's constant companion, his dog Bicuspid is also assisting. The Tooth Fairy watches with interest as she anticipates a delivery later tonight.

I look at the movements, then I look at the mechanism. According to the movements, the mechanism looks very complex. I think the same mobility can be achieved with a simpler mechanism. What do you think *Mr. Al Conquergood* ?

Woodworking hobbyist for years. Art classes as a child. A career as a petrochemical engineer. Hooked on automata since 2009 after searching the net!

I don't understand. Is the red thread coming out of his mouth and connected to the tooth supposed to be blood? The tooth in the dentist's pliers isn't anywhere near his mouth. Was that a miscalculation you couldn't fix?

+pop per The red thread is meant to be the root nerve of the tooth. It is a piece of flexible stainless steel wire. It was incorporated to pull the patients head up. Not a mistake. Al
