Each year, the most powerful video is one that families make possible when they come together with their favorite photos of those they loved and lost. For 2022, these are the Faces of Life.

I found this page by accident. It's heartbreaking to see so many young people who didn't get to see 2023. But my sadness is eased a bit knowing others are alive due to organ donation

This was made the very day I received my liver transplant ❤ I will forever be grateful to the donor.

Very lucky and msy gid help you i have liver disease but diagnosis not good

@@ajsilcock3057 I’m very sorry to hear that. My diagnosis was very scary and I wasn’t sure that I was going to have a good outcome. I was very lucky and never gave up that hope.
