For anyone wondering how much yarn she used, it's listed in her blog! "YOU can use ANY yarn you like because this sweater is so very customizable. BUT, if you want a sweater most similar to mine, I used 4 & 1/2 skeins/approx. 230g for the Pink Sweater (the longer version) and 3 & 1/3 skeins/approx. 173g for the Purple Sweater (the cropped version)"

@@crybabyknots8005 yea almost all the yarn I use is dk weight. It’s really light and has a feel like if you used red heart yarn and a strand of mohair

I have quite a stash of mohair yarns so you have inspired me to use some of it to make some jumpers for my daughter's inlaw. I love the big hook size you used and as you said it is so soft. But I may have to stripe the jumpers as I have lots of end of line colours and only one or two balls of each. Thanks

Oh I wish you had shown us how to sew the sleeve to the body - because that's complicated because the sleeve is wide near the armpits - so how would you know how wide the armhole of the body should be? That part would have been a super valuable teaching.

How many balls of yarn did you use on the sleeves? I had 5 skeins of mohair that i thrifted and have roughly 2 left after finishing front and back panel. I don't want to start the sleeves if i have to frog them.

Submerge the mohair item and gently agitate the water with your hands to evenly distribute soap. Soak for up to 30 minutes. Rinse well by running cool water through your garment until the water is no longer soapy. Do not wring, as it can warp the fit of your mohair garment. THAT'S WHAT GOOGLE IS SAYING
