One no different than the reference to the "million dollars" scene from the first Austin Powers film when Peter gets rich or the cutaway to Quagmire and Cleveland at a laundromat as the Two Wild and Crazy Guys meeting Peter as Beldar the Conehead from old-school SNL. Personally, I feel it's one of those things that adds to the charm of the early seasons of the show.

I thought the one about "it's all a show" was going to be about the theory that says that Brian is an actual writter that acts in his own TV show (there are some clips that show this). Besides, as far as I remember Seth Macfarlane is the voice for Brian. There's also the theory that Seth was in love with Lois voice actress and that that's why Brian (voiced by him) is in love with Lois (voiced by her). She eventually got married to Seth but was married to someone else during the show (until she got divorced). And while this is just speculation, many people believe that all the scenes of Brian doing some kind of attemp to seduce Lois are secret representations of the history of Seth's own attemps and advances in real life to get Lois voice actress (while she was married). Which would explain that scene about "Lois secret affair" with some random guy (but this one with literally a human cartoon version of himself instead of Brian).

"Baby Gone Wild" is most likely a reference to one of the Family Guy viewer mail episodes where Brian and Stewie are taking letters from fans with suggestions for episode ideas. One of the suggestions is "Make the baby go wild". Brian confesses that they couldn't figure out what to do with that, and so it didn't really lead to anything. Whoever added it to the iceberg must have done it as a sort of meta joke.

Waquahog is an advanced civilization for the black citizens of quahog, which is essentially a black ethnostate as only the black citizens of quahog can enter (except for peter during the episode)
