Butter 60 gr / 2 oz.
Sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
3 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Flour 300g / 10.5oz.
Baking soda 15g / 0.5oz.
Milk 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Mix well.
Add buttered apples.
Mold 27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inches.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decorating.
