Ingredients:
puff pastry: 500 g (18 oz)
mustard: 50 g (1.8 oz)
ham: 200 g (7.1 oz)
cheese: 200 g (7.1 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
Sauce:
butter: 30 g (1.1 oz)
flour: 25 g (0.9 oz)
milk: 300 ml (10 fl oz)
nutmeg: 4 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 5 g (0.2 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
parmesan: 30 g (1.1 oz)
pickled cucumbers: 40 g (1.4 oz)

Petri zum super schönen Döbel. Bei mir gab es unterm Weihnachtsbaum viel Angelzubehör, da ich seit Oktober wieder das Angeln entdeckt habe. Leider ist es durch Corona total in Vergessenheit geraten. Jetzt gab es ein Filetierset, einen schönen Angelrucksack drei neue Hechtköder ein Maßband für Fische und eine ordentliche Maulsperre für Raubfische und eine ordentliche Lösezange. Jetzt bin ich wieder für die nächste Saison wieder gut vorbereitet. Ich wünsche dir und dem ganzen Team einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr und immer Petri Heil und dicke Fische.

The only thing I would change is, I would spread honey mustard in stead,add sweet pickle relish.and back way of from nutmeg,to minimum 1/8 tsp. Looks good! Thanks !

I would have added a little honey to the mustard bottom, and a little plum, or tomato or onion chutney on the ham layer and finely chopped chives on the cheese slices and a pinch of dried oregano, just a hint. I'll try this though first. And and cheese in a fresh baguette in Paris is the go to sandwich for lunch as the quality of the bread, ham and cheese is so phenomenally high. Thanks for sharing 🎉😂🎉

I've made this many times and it's a quick easy snack. But why measure and cut edges from the pastry? Just a waste! This is hardly a precise recipe. Use what's there.

Cutting off the end pieces serve two purposes. First extras the cook gets to sample for quality control, and two what’s left is served with uniformity for guest presentation. But if you’re just slapping it together for yourself not necessary.

The shredded pickles are awsome, they cut the grease of the rest of the ingredients and provide a tart, crunchy texture. You will love them.

I would fill the puff pastry with provolone cheese and pepperoni or salami with dijon or spicy stone ground mustsrd, garlic paste and take it up a notch. Yummm😋

This is a Very Nice Concept, But, Definitely Its Not Enough Meat Being Used In This Recipe... First - , I would make an Italian Roll-up Consisting of Ham, Salami, Capicola (Capi) & Pepperoni With Pepper Jack & Muenster Cheese... Next - I Would Proceed to Roll the dough... After Slicing and then, using An Egg/H2O (1-2tbs) mix together and Paint the Pinwheels until completely coated... Next - I would Set Pinwheels Aside for 10-15 minutes to have them continue to Puff-up (Rise) before placing the Sheet Pan in an oven Set @ 350° for about 10 - 12 minutes or until Golden Brown/Flacky... Next - Remove and Allow to Stand (Cool) for 20 minutes before Consuming (Eating)... Next - I would Add 2 or 3 different Blocks of Cheese of your Choice,With Red Peppers, Pickles, Jalopeno Peppers, Black Olives, Add By Choice Any Of The Following To Pan (Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, of Your Choice) to mixture to be Shredded and/or Pulsed into a Mixer/Chopper..., Then, Continue To Pulse A Few Times Before Adding Cheese Mixture to a Heated Pan On The Stove With Butter, Flour & Seasonings To Melt Your Cheese for your Delicious Dipping Sauce... THE ITALIAN PUFF PASTRY HOR D'EURVES.... BON - APPÉTIT !!! 😋😁✌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Жаль что только один кусочек теста показывает. Надо бы два а то и три, чтобы вообще уснуть смотря видео. Вы хотя бы перед тем как выставить видео на показ смотрите предварительно? А для чего вообще,раскатав тесто,обрезать края ,да ещё и линейкой, полный бред какой-то
