You should be able to find his video on how he got that time. But physics in the game have changed a lot since then, it's very possible those changes had a negative impact on the tunes sadly.

When doing wheels, go to 3 piece and get welds. They are the lightest wheels. Plus if you do the wheel spacing, it will increase launch

StigZ's tune works because of a weird game mechanic that means shifting to 2nd doesn't need clutch in manual with clutch. Idk if the physics have changed, but I was able to get a 12.072s.

I just wish they implemented a better drag racing mode. Like if it was an actual race to 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile and 1/2 mile, you should do a burnout before the run and be able to launch the car properly instead of just mashing the gas cause the game just has to have an intro animation.

Hey Dubs, drag racing is definitely my thing in this game. I'm very high on the leaderboards. The Lambo GTR isn't the fastest drag car in the game beyond popular belief. The Mclaren F1 GT 1997 is slightly ahead of it. You have to spend awhile tuning it in just perfect. but the difference is certainly there. The Lambo GTR "Normally" Drags at the festival at around 11.979 or 11.945. The Mclaren F1 GT does about a 11.945 or 11.913 if you have tuned it correctly. The Camero Compo is a badass machine but if you've tuned the Noble M400 correctly it will take the Camero down. I wouldn't be saying any of the above if I haven't already done it. Using an old Xbox One with Standard Controller.

Some of the cars actually had some tiny bit lighter wheels when you were glancing at them, unless the Advan RGII's aren't good for some reason? Idk if it just went past of whatever, but it's like 6~8kg lighter, not that big of a deal I think XD

I wish there was more a a community around the quarter mile tracks, I have a ford Supervan that is damn near a five second car on AR12s quarter mile track and it is insane

I think the lotus wouldve been faster with the rear wing tuned to lowest aero, the stock wing naturally extends when you reach high speeds creating more drag

give a RWD Delorean a go. No, it's not gonna compete as the fastest because it can't get very thick tires, but it does get crazy suspension travel and the Funco engine.

Was trying different tunes out last night, got a rimac 2 down in the 12.3's fastest I got in the Diablo was 12.4's, I know both can go faster with fine tuning. I just lack the finesse with the controls you have 😂😂

Go to the rivals and see what the faster times are. Then build said cars. Obviously you have cheated times (like anything on the game) but you’ll find some decent times on there. Also, stigs tune is suppose to be driven with clutch iirc. Someone else did a video on it and that’s what they said. I’ve tried the manual w/clutch and not and can’t see a difference.

the bmw x5 forza edition is a crazy slept on car

I can agree that the Diablo is the best alongside the Valhalla or Jesko but i have a couple of other honourable mentions. If you want to drag with style, I'd go for the Chevrolet Impala or Lola T-70. I tuned a Lola to 290 mph and could do 0-60 in 1.090 seconds and the Impala 295 with 1.130 secs.

The Copo Camaro is so much quicker if you stop it wheeling off launch, I can get up to 240mph before I hit the speed camera!

Noble M400 is pretty quick as well with the Racing TTV6. I hit a 12.190 with my tune.

I have a dodge dart that runs a 13.4 on the festival drag strip

11.9 is only really possible using a launch technique named ACS which is what the guy was using on the tune you downloaded. ACS means switching to controller layout 9 and it gives more controlled and faster launch but it means accelerator is a button and shifting is one of the triggers I think but it should say in game. It's still difficult to get that time even with it as it is ridiculously fast but certainly possible. Just like in fh4 the McLaren F1 GT is a very strong pick that I would definitely recommend using the same technique as the lambo and it can also run sub 12 depending on tune and a very solid launch. M/C is better and to launch tap the clutch when go pops on the screen and GL:)

With the car make the front rims as big as possible so it stops wheelies and more grip

Drag cars go faster if you keep the front tire width at a minimum and only take largest width in the back, also for some odd reason in FH5 when you put the nose on maximum height and the back on the lowest height, that seems to be faster too.

i remember when i came across a cheater, he was doing drag races with other people, so i decided to go and have fun myself he used the copo camaro wich is plenty fast, but when i took out my diablo GTR it became really obvious mans was cheating, he passed me like he was doing 300mph and when confronted he said it's the fastest car in the game, luckily i reported him and he got a 3 day suspension, he even tried to act like he didn't get a suspension.
