Epic car! I wouldn’t call it a gtr though, it’s a tube chassis style car with a v8 swap. One hell of a machine regardless ‼️

Go check the vin number on that body. The shell is original. The doors, front clip and boot lid are all fiberglass.

I've just read your comment and like the comment I also made, I do not agree that you can correctly still call this a GT-R. once there are more than 50% components in anything in life it can no longer be correctly called by its original name. For example: if you have one ounce of a metal alloy and its composition is 79% Copper, 2% Tin, and 19% Gold, Then how in the world could you call this an ounce of Gold.?? When is a GT-R not a GT-R.?? answer: when it has more than 50% components from another or other brand/s. Agree.???

Don't know if you watch NPK but at the end of last season Jim Howe's Camaro was the car to beat. They've had to change a lot of stuff to meet all the rule changes going into this season so it's going to be interesting to see how it plays out. Jim is one hell of a tuner though and they're both good drivers so I think they'll both do well!
