I just started getting into ranked a few days ago, only top C right now, the level of play here is crazy by comparison. Makes me both excited and intimidated to push to reach S Rank. I haven't had to adjust build for ages, I want to see the kind of play that will keep me reworking my loadout and strategy.

lf missiles can hit him, you haven't seen the fastest.

There are 3 reason why missiles hit him 1. I shoot missile when he rushing in to make it turn back and hit his back. 2. I timed my charged plasma rifle shot to make him choose to dodge between missile or plasma rifle charged shot 3. I see that he using Alula. So I bait him into the air and abuse poor mid-air combat performance of Alula

@@feelgud7037 There's a difference between having poor upward thrust and poor mid-air combat performance. Alula if used right can very well compete with boosters with high upward thrust

fun fight, although your playstyle is a little lame. Playing keep away like a rat is the lamest way to fight in the game and is why AMS or flares need to be added so you cant just fly into orbit or run like a coward the entire time and auto win against a more close range centered build. In a more honest fight he would have mopped you. Nice technique with the shield though, never seen anyone use it to block a kick before

Agree! I don't have a chance to win if I need to fight him head-on in close range. If I get punched by his Wuerger without a shield, I will get stun-locked by his combo and take more than 6k damage in a few seconds. That's why I need to keep my distance, invite him into the air fight to make his Alula unable to dodge my gun, bring him into space with dense buildings to make him unable to dodge my charged plasma rifle, QB over his head while he AB toward me to make him stop mid-air, shoot a split missile while he AB toward me to make it turn back to hit his back, and use various tricks to win. Btw, "True Rat" will shoot missiles and then AB away and waiting for time to run out. They don't bother keeping themselves within shooting range. What I play in this video is called "Kite", like how most old AC games are played.

@@feelgud7037 you could tell that build takes a flow though. It wasn't until round 2 that they figured out how to approach you, plasma or no to get those charge shots in. So much needling to get that range right. Ironically the best attack on you seemed from below...but that opened them up to your plasma.
