Tyler, Rhode Island does not issue titles for vehicles that old. However, most states allow you to title it in your name with a bill of sale and a copy of the previous or last registration. I’m not familiar with the Kansas DMV, but Massachusetts - which is notoriously difficult with registering vehicles - does it that way. Hope this helps!

My best friends daughter had a pink and purple bedroom in Hannah Montana style as a kid. She saw this as an adult and thought uhhhh. With his plethora of cars, I cannot see her choosing a gawdy minivan as her first car. I would love to get it and put it next to my wife's PMR car though. Get it running good, make all sorts of fun content.

At 22, and married with her own kids, she still wants these things. My sisters are still into many things that interested them as little girls, as are many other young women. Hannah Montana was a mindless TV program for children; children grow and realize the lameness of the crap that their parents inexplicably let them watch. Pimp My Ride was a little brainless, too, but that van isn't necessarily a promotion of an old TV show; it's more of a unique custom vehicle with a cool background. It's worth keeping, especially since it was promised to the daughter. If Hoovie gets rid of the van, he fails as a father. He'll intentionally break a promise. Not only will his daughter recognize him as an untrustworthy liar, so will anyone that watches this channel regularly. I, for one, will lose all respect for Hoovie. On top of that, I will also question the integrity of his associates, of which there are several. Guilt by association. Trustworthy people don't associate with people who are known to be disreputable.

No matter how stupid it is, she would always remember her parents for the horrible thing they did. He shouldn't have promised if he didn't intend to keep it. Well... The subtitles are just reproducing what Tyler says. Tyler has been calling him "Urination Bob" for a long time. And to his credit, Euroasian Bob seems to be a good sport about it.

But true it has to have a title check and brake and light inspection back fees and smog hoovie is low balling 1000 dollar more like 2to4k depending on what the paperwork looks like to dmv

Last I did a title, you just need a Sheriff deputy to come in and write up the chassis and engine Ser#'s for a Auto Theft check, and then they will issue a temporary permit so you can buy a new title through your state. Total cost, less than $500 (only cost me $275, but that was ten years ago).

It shouldn't cost any more than registering a normal car. I bought my old RX7 from Rhode Island and they do not have titles for any vehicle over 10 years old. I was living there at the time as a student but registered it in my home state of Maryland. All you need is a signed letter from the last registered owner stating the sale happened and a letter from the State of Rhode Island stating that they do not require title on vehicles that are of a certain age. I took both of those to our MVA and registered it and received a Maryland title in the mail

@@jeepdriver456 Nope. You need a sheriff's office to do a national 'stolen car' search to clear the car for title registration. It doesn't protect you from claims later, but it protects the state from liability.
