Not banned yet as of September 2023, they still haven’t made a decision. You can still buy it so hopefully they won’t ban it

Niacin(the flushing one) will work well up to 200 mg/day in divided doses. The flushing can be minimized by taking smaller doses and working up as one's body will get used to it.

It looks fine! Take it for 2 weeks and then get back to me. Oh, and don't forget to cycle it every 3 days or so due to huperzine :)

NMN taken orally has to break down to NR (Niagen, Nicotinamide riboside) before it can enter a cell. After entering a cell as NR, it re-converts into NMN, and then NAD. NR (niagen, Nicotinamide riboside) is not banned and won't be, and it is more effective by volume than taking NMN anyway.

Wrong, I'm 36 and benefit from NMN quite a lot while my parents who are about 70 do not feel much at all from it. It depends on how messed up your NAD+ pipeline is and your mitochondria.
