As I said, the Seaborn are based entirely on processing information from beings they " consume". Alive Until Sunset have a very bad relationship with Seaborn. It could be assumed that Ishar-mla specifically is what occurs when a Seaborn manages to consume a god( or a piece of one) and adapt it within their physiology.
