The best and very objective comparison of both these Xerjoff flankers. Specially about that inky notes which I am mad of. Will certainly go for OG , I have been using SMW (and it’s clone Armaf Derby Club House Blanche for generous spraying). Thank you. Looking forward for more such reviews.

Good review! MG just smells better and much more versatile for me. The OG Mefisto is also nice but perhaps better in cooler weather and casual hanging out occasions.

Great comprasion, man. I own both of these bangers, but I prefer the OG better. I think it is better than SMW, it is not as inky as SMW on my skin. The performace ot the Gentoluomo is not bad, just you should spray from the bottle. Two superb creations from Xerjoff, and i would say it is not redundant to own both of them.

i really don't get the SMW comparrison as both mefistos go very floral and powdery in the mid, while SMW has a more bitter green vibe.

i tried all 3, SMW is my favorite. The whiffs i get from it are ridiculous

The light blue bottle disappeared on my skin immediately. For me I have to apply this correctly and it's definitely a hot summer fragrance. Can't tell me no different and for the cost of it it should be a year round frag. Same thing with silver mountain. Both are decent but not fb worthy for me

Hey man, i'm a huge fan of silver Mountain water and i learnt that has been reformulated or at least according ti my last bottle...zero inky note. I love so much the inky note in that, do you think mephisto og can satisfy me? Can actually ne an alternative to Silver Mountain water in terms of the inky note?

Just wanted to ask how strong the violett and iris is in Mefisto Gentiluomo, if its not too strong, which fragrance would you recommend be buying?

I have been doing research and checking videos about the OG as you mentioned in your video. And I saw your videos before and I like them. But! In this one you kind a threw me out in something. You’re the only person out of six videos and out of more than 10 customers reviews that I saw saying that Mefisto has the same inky vibe than Creed SMW. They all said that it doesn’t have that inky vibe and that’s something that really like. Because! I have the Armaff clone and I don’t like that strong inky smells.

WTH? the whole point of mefisto is that it 'doesnt' have the (nasty) INKY part that silver mountain water has...

I will pass on both without even smelling the original. They are too light. I've had better projection and performance wearing edt synthetic designer cheapies. Hopefully xerjoff has better offerings than this shit show
