VINCEEEEENT!!!!!

Im big into VR and i agree for a lot of wired headsets the immersion is not there for me at least but standalone is different story imo. Especially now with hand tracking strides. The other day i was in a game and i used hand gestures to open up a menu select a sword that appeared in front of me i then grab that sword with my own hand then attack and kill enemies with it, no controllers. Picture how they open the menu and select weapons in SAO, its exactly that as its a beta inspired by SAO then there is the AOT inspired game with working ODM gear mechanics. dont even get me started on that experience. The biggest drawback rn is standing in place but even that has solutions for some situations and even the slidemills and ways to walk on the spot are coming a long way and getting much more affordable. The headset being on my head isn't what kills the immersion for me, i see it as virtually sending myself into other worlds and controlling an avatar through the headset and some worlds have certain limitations to what i can control. Didn't mean to rant when i hear VR i could go on for days XD if anyone made it to the end just wanted to give a look at why VR enthusiasts are so Enthusiastic about VR

Even better, 60fps performance mode was confirmed by the new demos KZfaqrs got invited to during TGS2023. This quells one of the biggest fears I had. Really glad that Sony is not going the Microsoft route and starting to release 30fps first party games!

Don't sleep on Roblox. The company itself is shady, but some of the people who make games on there are incredible at what they do. Even some of the fps games on there are almost on par with some of the triple A ones we have on PC, in terms of fun and replayability

Playstation totally lost my interest... the games just try to look good but are all the same in my opinion and my fav franchises like Batman Arkham, Uncharted,... are no more... With Playstation 4 my journey ends. Stickin with the Switch right now and gotta say I have much more fun while gaming on there. My Ps4 is just a bluerayplayer any more. Last game I bought there was RE4 Remake. But... played once and totally forgot, I have it. Only if Seperate ways is for free I MIGHT get back to it. Maybe 😅
