I've had such a lazy time. Since the pandemic gym avoidance, I've done the barest of things. Gentle walks (NOT often enough), light "home yoga," light weight work, and zero aerobics. I'm still afraid of my gym -- SO crowded and germy. Now, I've got joint pains and who knows what's going on? I'm getting a medical eval, but in the meantime, I have to thank you for sharing the value of YOUR consistency. While at times I feel so ashamed and can't watch, ("Hi, guilt!"), at other, better times, I watch, enjoy, and take inspiration. Thanks for being a wee part of my health trip. Looking forward to wedding pics!

Everyday May is so special, because my birthday is in May too. I love sharing all of Allana’s road-trips, because I feel like I know them too. Going back to Toronto and Alberta is always fun . Living there was a highlight of my 39!.
