at @9:28 when white played Nc2 - black has a forced draw or a win by just capturing Be2 ! . If you take Ke2 then d3 + and you win the game. If white plays Nd4 then you take Kd4 and after Ke2 its a simple draw for black!

If you watched the live stream before you will see there's a lot of IM's there even FM's and CM's as well.

11:46 Bb5-e2, 12:15 Bd3-c2 and 12:34 Bc2-d4 are all bad moves, the black bishop cannot alone stop white's 2 pawns. White won

Wait, why don't female players play against males? I'm new to chess, are males just far superior to female players? Please someone explain?

Yup ! But there are exceptions like Judit Polgar. There is a dearth of 2500+ players in the women's division. Hence to promote the game they created a separate division for women.
