Tite Kubo may not be the best at storytelling, but he is undoubtedly among the best in terms of art. I can only think of Vagabond or Berserk as having better artwork.

My 2 favorite characters from Bleach and Naruto. Never saw it that way, but in a sense, they were both the perfect insiders, never allowing anyone to see their true heart and mind. Badass.

It's like vs your pal you grew up with in a fighter vs someone who pops in a character with cheat stats. Sure it's a challenge but it proves nothing for you. You wanna play on your playing field, hence when people say why didn't he use his hypnosis or Bankia vs Ichigo, people are forgetting Kubo shows not tell, and it's all in the story...he didn't want a fight to just win he wanted to be pushed back against the wall. He didn't just use his hypnosis to make everyone see nothing and hear nothing and feel only pain, heck he could make you taste crap in your mouth make you see all your friends as enemies, and make you see giant Cheetos lol...he just wanted good fight, not to be under the control of soul king, surpass his limits, have an equal much like real geniuses from birth and escape his boredom.

The funny thing is, Yamamoto could've easily killed him at this point, but he refused to destroy the real Karakura Town so he held back.

Aizen while hard, he looked down on him like a child, like all the children of the 13. He just wanted to give him a proper spanking. lol. He didnt see him as a bach level threat even if both of them are pretty hax. Also human world is way less stable than soul. Soul can take a beating with having crushing soul power ups, humans would pass out. He also would just be giving aizen what he wanted if he powered up fully, destroy the town and make the key easier to get.

add in his intellect and what his sword's power is capable of and you've got yourself a nearly impossible to defeat person even without the near immortality of hogyoku. And as kisuke points out, aizen having the hogyoku actually made him reckless and vulnerable which is why he ended up losing.

Add to that, they said it was only a couple of weeks/a month...did they forget he trained 3 months straight in the hyperbolic time champer-like place, new, and was champ of fighting in his area (shown not told by his awards for taekwdo), used a technique to achieve banki at a cost in 3 days, was hollowfied which we know increases your power, boosted each battle he nearly dies and revives, and nearly dies meaning without super healers around he should have, other captains don't get that and mostly face easy hollows and dont get pushed to train much when at top including aizen whos a genius and just gets everything first try so doesn't train...then you add his family heritage we know of his dad. There's other stuff but i dont think pigeonholing this as another shonen power-up works. It's akin to asta working out, shown constantly then people say why is he so buff...WE ALSO KNOW HE TRAINED UNDER A MASTER hand-to-hand fighter, a ninja-like one, and (spoiler). People like show don't tell, till it makes things hard to easily digest, not hating everyone does that lol. And to be fair with all those explainations you can still call it out for the fact he's beating 1000 year old people. Thou some genius chess players get beaten by kids, when they get old.

yea him using his full power and using getsuga with all his spirit energy dosent make any sense right ?? yes it did come there but ichigo could sense aizen meaning he had the power inside him that he needs to tap into to fight him

Ichigo's father out of nowhere shows up and tells Ichigo: there is a final getsuga tensho technique, what no one heard about and for some reason Ichigo can use the same technique Ichigo's father can. Also how did Isshin even heard about it? Ichigo's and Isshin's Zanpakto spirits refuse to teach they masters this technique, how did Isshin learned it? Edit: look this looks extremely convenient, like Kubo wrote himself to a wall and needed to give Ichigo a fast power up to defeat Aizen.

Actually, this move might tie into something that’s revealed in the final arc. Spoilers: Ichigo is part Quincy, and remember that Uryu did this exact same thing against Mayuri in the Soul Society arc, sacrificing his powers (temporarily) for a major boost in power.

@@strohhuttv8848 first of all ishin didnt learn it he seems like he attempted to learn it but never got to it . secondly this is the first time ishin got to talk to ichigo properly as a soul reaper and aizen destroy the cleaner so he realizes this and took the opportunity to tell his son about this and they literally share the same technique its quite simple really so of course he would know about it

@@sukuna716 the whole point of the hogyoku for aizen is evolution. If the fight continued to drag on aizen eventually would’ve simply evolved to a level where he could beat ichigo. If ichigo didn’t use the final getsuga tensho to weaken aizen to the point he did urahara couldn’t have sealed him
