Doing this was stressful indeed but missing the top of the flagpole hurts worse as you gotta do it all over again to truly 100% this.

Nick failing to get the top of the flagpole at the end which means he has to do the ENTIRE course over again is the part that hurts. The invisibility section is a pain and I freely admit I only passed it because there was a japanese player also on that stretch and they waited near the steps leading to the ending so I could touch them as a ghost when I missed the green balloon fishes.

The spring feet part is by far the hardest. The only difficult part in the invisible part is getting from the purple to green balloon guys.

Tip for the crotch jump and invisibility parts On the couch jump one you can just hold the stick down the entire time so you don't do a ground pound And on the invisibility part just keep pressing "X". It let's you "see" where you are but a warning, you can't run when pressing "X" so keep that in mind.

Congrats! That invisibility section can be really rough! I do wish Mario Wonder had more crazy challenges like the Special World (and especially the Final Final Badge Marathon). The regular Worlds 1-6 just all felt like they were lacking a bit of challenge. Though, I do understand Nintendo wanted to keep this game manageable for gamers of all ages.

I recently beat the Final-Final Test of that game. I died over a hundred times and it was frustrating. I'm glad I finished it and I'd grabbed the top of the flag pole I'm my first try. Super satisfying.

Tip: Get the drill in the power up slot and save it until the last stage cause you can we the drill hat shows the wind spin like doing a twirl are an spin jump

With the double jump you can jump over until the last part. But yeah, this was the most annoying because it felt like what directions the hippo rolls to was random.

"The Meatball Effect" is when you get to a certain point in a level, you die, and to get to that point again you're dead-set on getting back to that part where you died, and because you're so concentrated on getting to that part, you're more prone to messing up and dying to the easier part of the level.
