Almost all RE characters (at least MCs) are superhuman or borderline superhuman. Chris is almost 50 and fights better than 20 something soldiers. Leon is 40 and can fight toe to toe with Tyrants. And that's a good thing! But I want a new generation of heroes, I don't want Chris and Leon turn into Goku and Vegeta.

Well, Leon had been in more traditional situation compare to Chris. All the games and movies Chris was in usually has some sort of military-type support behind him. But Leon always end up going there with the seat of his pants and end up using whatever he got lying around, making him more focus on what he can use on site rather than what he was packing.

Sadly this is his last voice acting as Leon, Capcom will cast Nick for future... I really hate this, they also destroyed Resident evil infinite darkness using Nick

So no wonder he is used to utilising everything around him to save others & survive. Like he has always been shown to do so whether in games or in previous movies. I will say that we did get a resident evil 4 player campaign which was resident evil operation raccoon city. Idk if they might do that in the future, but I really liked the 2 player only campaign like in re5 and 6 and they did solo after that so in the future when they do a re5 remake hopefully they do it really good with the remake of the story.

There was Resident Evil: Racoon City where you played umbrella agents up to 4 player co-op. It was pretty fun.
