YES HE WAS AMAZING IN THIS!! it's a sci-fi show and he was an acting legend yet he delivered every line like he meant it!

WMM, a respectable man. Although he stood on the "dark side" and was actually Mulder's enemy, he always treated Mulder directly as an equal partner. Not like that bastard CSM.

also it was disappointing his character got killed off in the movie... beginning of the end of the syndicate and also the end of the show's best period...

John Neville, superb British actor who was woefully underappreciated whilst he was alive, his back catalogue makes for excellent viewing.

The syndicate made the show. CSM rules IMHO. Best villain ever. He thinks he is doing good, that is what is funny. I would have loved to see how he would handle doggett. Robert Patrick was excellent as well. How could you go wrong with the actor who played the t 1000.

He never thought he did good, that was just a smokescreen justification for his own selfish agenda. What he really wanted was explained when he talked to one of the "Jeremiahs" when it was captured. What he wanted was to be part of the Greys' agenda, to be an agent for the colonists, but he thought too much of himself that he never realised that the colonisers never saw him as anything special compared to everyone else, he was simply a slave to their plans.

I truly hate the way Mulder finally meets face to face with a character who has all the answers to the most important questions... and then he storms off because the plot mustn't progress too fast. Hack Writers!

Comparing this to the similar scene in My Struggle I (with Rance Howard playing the informant) is almost laughable. The embarrassing revival seasons should've never happened.
