I'd be concerned about him having some kind of toxic substance on his fingers; something that would be harmful to the horse.

The guy isn't mentally well. As well as his bizarre behaviour towards the Guard, he has absolutely no facial expression, he's wearing multiple layers of clothing in on what looks like a hot day. To me he looks like he might have schizophrenia. He might be totally harmless and he might not be. Whatever the case, I'd wager he's pretty out of touch with reality and probably needs help.

That's the sickest freak I've seen there!! My favorite guard stared him down tho! He's an absolute badass! 😍❤️

Good luck in trying to stare down this trooper; he is pretty tough for such a young lad. I am also glad that the police intervened so quickly when the homeless man came back.

Seeing all these random people, you see a fair amount of people with mental health issues. It’s nice to see the officers staying on top of it by asking them to leave. Being stared at is quite disconcerting even if they’re trained soldiers. I love these videos even if some of the people are complete knobs! Lol

I see a sorry let down homeless person who has stolen a hat trying to be respectful. It's just his behaviour that is not aggressive that it is not normal, hence, he needs help.
