If you have "Violent Tendencies" Trait as well, You can literally kill 1 scav per 0.75 seconds And if you have S44 buff as well, You can kill 4 scavs per second. That's how OP fireier axe is. However, Decimator still outshines it because in a group of around 7 scavs, 2 heavy hits is enough to get rid of them all due to splash damage.

youre using fireier so wrong. one youre laggy as hell and super slow. two you need violent tendencies. three try to hit every enemy atleast once because of the 80% damage reduction fracture that the fireier causes... INSTANTLY... upon hitting the enemy
