Anna has a light blue Nokia 3310 it wasn't released until 2000 9 years after the collapse of the Soviet union in 1991. The smallest phone in 1985 was the Motorola Dynatec 8000x which was the same size as a military hand held radio. Small phones didnt come out until 1987. But the light blue Nokia Anna was using as I said didn't come until 2000. I know because I used to sell the bloody things.

Great video, but did you also realize that there are peer reviewed studies showing that regular/daily use of ice baths can mask injury and it limits the activation of certain key signaling pathways responsible for muscle protein synthesis while interfering with hypertrophy? Ice baths should be used strategically and not part of a daily routine. I appreciate the mental side of the ice bath, but it may be limiting all the hard work you are doing.

This is a work of fiction and make-believe - not a documentary based on fact. Actually - most professional athletes - and contract undercover spy assassins, too ! - rely on ice baths, 'barometric' oxygen breathers, isotonic drinks, altitude training, deep-tissue massages and the like to give themselves an 'edge' over the opposition - whether they are 'good' or 'bad' killers of the opposition - or professional athletes. It's been known about for years - after all, if you read Ian Fleming's Bond novel 'From Russia With Love' published in the 1950s - the KGB assassin Donovan Granitski - Red Grant - contracted to kill James Bond on the Orient Express - keeps himself in top condition before his assignments. It's also why a top tennis star like Novak Djokovic manages to stay at the top of his game today - and to win all those Grand Slam titles - even into his 30s. All well and good, of course; provided you have the finances and background staff to do it !

The problem I have is that evidence shows that daily/regular use of ice baths masks injury and does not assist during the Adaptation Phase. I have seen far too many videos where people are stressing the use of ice baths on a daily/regular basis and this doesn't work. Sure use Ice baths strategically, great, but this is hardly ever what these videos stress. @@user-wp8vy8le3y

@@PaulM-ge7gk In the USSR back then, even potatoes were often not on the counter! And there is such abundance here! I doubt that Pomelo or Pummelo was in every supermarket in those days, even in Europe and the USA!
