2 жыл бұрынBack in June I took up BJJ and its safe to say I've caught the bug. I'm still the whitest of white belts but I've covered a few things in this video that you'll certainly run into in your first 6 months of training.

Six months and got my first stripe. Train twice a week.

Five months in and i got one stripe on my belt. Got class tonight it will be no gi. Taining 3-4 times a week from this point forward.

Great work mate, I’ve found 2 is a great minimum and then my goal is train as many weeks of the year as poss
