Your speedometer not working can be throwing off your shifting try a rear speed sensor

Relearn on a 08 is only when it’s reset. Or reflashed. Flashing the ecm does not effect the Trans computer

Problem with my 2010 was the tuning. It did the same thing. Disconected the battery for 1 hour. Started everything up. And after that it was ok.

I had a similar issue in my 07. To high of rail pressure and it sent it into limp mode. Between the electric tune on the tcm and the mechanical upgrades I had it was sending the psi well over 170. 68rfe from my experience and from research hate anything over 170 psi.

Transmission probably needs a relearn process with a Scan Tool performed. Doesn't sound mechanical at all.

So my 04 had this same exact problem. I haven't put a computer to it but the mine did the same exact thing. First 1 minute ride was perfectly fine. And then on the second ride I tried to let it eat and after that I started having these sa.e kind of shift issues. So what I figured out if I let my foot off at the time it's supposed to shift and let the rpms fall down then I decides to shift lol

Why does it not have a speedometer? Can that affect the trans? I only know allisons and 4l80s

It can affect shifting but abs picks up speed on ram/dodge
