Finally work with the 3D GPS system. A little insight into how to work with it. At the beginning, we didn't put the right ticks where we needed to, but we quickly fixed it. 😀 There will be a sidewalk and spectator stands where I dig.

👍Technology advancements are really great - but soon enough they won't even need your butt in that seat anymore!! (just as they already use remote controlled machinery in mines, and drones in the sky. I like the progress, but hopefully we know when to pump-the-breaks so we don't end up like "Terminator" haha ha)

К сожалению, мы как в странах третьего мира до сих пор работаем по старинке( Работодатели не хотят вкладывать в новые технологии и обучение. У Вас очень хорошая организация труда, приятно смотреть)

огонь ))) вот что значит когда механизатор за машиной приглядывает) на остальных стройках в латвии приезжают убитые экскаваторы с разбитыми пальцами и ковши болтаются просто от вибрации двигателя )))) и идеш за ним с лопатой ))))) до встречи на площадке ))))

Когда работает один человек на экскаваторе он знает каждую болячку. И смотрит за техникой. Она долго будет служить. Даже боюсь представить когда до России такие нивелиры дойдут.

@@yxTbl я знаю, что есть. Мало у кого только она. И не 3D,а по проще. Что говорить о приблудах. Если техника и её содержание стоит бешеных денег. Чуваки с лопатпми 5 см и так снимут)))

J'étais tellement concentré sur le bac et l'écran du GPS que j'ai mangé tout le sachet de bonbons à ma disposition sans m'en rendre compte. 😉😉😉

Sehr interessant! Du hast nur die GPS-Empfänger hinten am Bagger angebaut und mit der Steuerung verbunden. Es gibt mit Sicherheit noch andere Meßsysteme am Bagger, mit denen die Steuerung die Position des Eimers berechnet. Wahrscheinlich an den Gelenken oder den Hydraulikzylindern! Ļoti interesanti! Jūs esat tikai uzstādījis GPS uztvērēju ekskavatora aizmugurē un pievienojis to vadības ierīcei. Ekskavatoram noteikti ir arī citas mērīšanas sistēmas, ko vadība izmanto, lai aprēķinātu kausa stāvokli. Droši vien uz savienojumiem vai hidrauliskajiem cilindriem! Very interesting! You have only installed the GPS receiver on the back of the excavator and connected it to the control. There are certainly other measuring systems on the excavator that the control uses to calculate the position of the bucket. Probably on the joints or the hydraulic cylinders!

Yes excavator is equipped with a Volvo Dig Assist system. There are several sensors set in the factory.

Where’s your focus point during your motion? Are you mainly matching everything to the work around it thats good or do you focus a lot on the gps?

Gotta love gps systems. Expensive but well worth it. What is your camera mounted on? Some sort of anti-motion gyro mount I’m guessing. Lol🤷🏼♂️

Hi there. 1 thing has puzzled me, the blade of you bucket travels in an are at the end of your arm. When trying to cut a flat level surface, do you have to continuously manually correct the depth of cut or is this facility/correction built into the machine ? So basically skill or technology, Thank you.

Hallo, wie macht ihr das mit dem Korrektursignal? Wie genau ist das? Wir haben in der Firma auch Bagger mit Dig Assist aber das springt zum Teil 20 cm

If the signal is good, then the accuracy is up to 1-2 cm. Are you working with Dig Assist or Dig Assist + Topcon app?

@@sohnkemeyer5072 Yes, we use a sim card. But we still had to buy a code from Volvo, as far as I understand, to be able to receive satellites. Without the code, you could only work with 2D

Ответ! Потому что бульдозер выполняет другую работу. И у нас не хватает бульдозеров, чтобы справиться с каждой мелкой работой.

Leuk, maar in dit project, weet ik niet zeker of 3D technologie nu een voordeel of een nadeel is, okay het is preciezer werken, maar of dat tijdwinst oplevert ten opzichte van de oude manier.

Wat is de oude methode? Graaf iets en graaf dan nog een keer ? Als u de vereiste hoogte moet graven, die in het project is gepland, hoe kunt u deze dan zelf graven, zonder enige hulp? Iemand moet op dezelfde manier de hoogte komen meten.

i would love to be an excavator operator. but the company i work woulöd not let me, they rather put people on the machines who destroy them withing 4 years. i will look for another company next year

Good to make the operator dum! No skills needed anymore! Next step? No longer need an operator! Machine will be controlled by a central control room! No horns, no back or forth or mistakes! Easy... 😉😉😉

А чё так можно что ли? Я думал на экскаваторщике должна быть спецовка промасленная до такой степени что выглядит как кожа и масло снего должно капать, что даже если у него выходной и он вовсём чистом то водоёмы в радиусе 100м вокруг него покрываются маслянной плёнкой. В кабине должен стоять грохот и вой чтобы сам себя не мог слышать, и никаких кондиционеров, дверь должна быть открыта чтобы не сварится и чтобы пыль на зубах скрипела. Чуть не забыл стёкла стеклянные должны быть выбиты и от начальника с любовью должно быть вставлено дешовое оргстекло, которое через месяц помутнеет и весь мир как в тумане нехера не видно зато не бьётся. Простите это я так завидую белой завистью, но у нас в организации экскаваторщики выглядят со стороны именно так. Приятно смотреть на работу профи. В ожидании следующего, буду смотреть предидущие видео, не все посмотрел. Очень нравятся ваши ролики, хоть я и работаю на грейдере, в принципе одно дело делаем, "ландшафтный дизайн". Успехов!
