The church in the Giambellino district was built in 1930 in contemporary art, in one of the most famous neighbourhoods of Milan (Italy), which in that year was characterised only by farmsteads. Today it is a working-class neighbourhood full of people, often known for episodes of crime. In this place, the church plays a fundamental role, changing the lives of those who commit misdeeds. The new façade was created in 2014, when the bells, a fundamental and irreplaceable element in the church's architecture and in people's lives, were also cast. The new bells ring in E flat, with a total concert weight of 350 kg of bronze.

The bells ring in the Veronese system, a special technique that consists of locking the bells on both sides, while 99% of the bell towers in the area ring in the system featured in all my videos. The district began to develop in 1909, when the first railway station in the area was created. The new railway and trains, together with industry, led to the rapid development of new social housing that filled the neighbourhood, doubling the population a hundredfold in a few decades. The church dedicated to the martyred saint Vito was built in 1937 on the instructions of the archbishop, who also wanted to ensure a priest for all these new city dwellers. The church was built by the city's main school of contemporary art, the Beato Angelico school, which was founded during the years of construction of this building.
