This is amazing you've captured all the senses so well! Would you mind telling me what sort of microphone did you use to get the sound? idk I'm thinking of doing a film but not sure if I can make it professional with just a digital camera or phone

no not really, very doable for the average person as long as you know the basics to video and photo editing. i'm sure you're more than capable

aah thanks man, means a lot. No it actually wasn't Hitchcock, it was Alan Watts (he's pretty overused in the editing community tbh hahah, but i thought it fitted well with the film).

How did you make the slow motion scenes? Did you use twixtor and shoot at 60fps or higher?

yep, i used twixtor, but somehow managed to reduce a lot of the warp despite filming in 30fps. Got kinda lucky tbh

Did you use a camera slider on some of the shots?

nah man, i used my hands for all shots and then used warp stabilizer in post to mitigate a lot of the shakiness. I also used twixtor to slow down some of the shots to make it look more stabilized.
