It's HR, in the other Episode Iris says I love you and didn't in this one and also on earth two joe talks about their favorite song and she doesn't know it.

Yeah I see no flaws in this theory except Iris told Joe something only she would know. The story of when her and Barry switched rooms so she could sneak out because her curfew was 8:00. Also why would Joe not know that it's actually HR because he wouldn't dance like that with HR. The only way it could be HR is if he switched with her at Infantino Street when Barry was trying to hit Savitar with his Speed Bazooka, but then Joe should've been able to see them Switch but he didn't because he was still devastated when he saw Iris die. Don't get me wrong somehow I hope it's not Iris but it's impossible for it to have been HR talking to Joe on Earth 2 because when HR was talking to Cisco on Earth 1 before they went to Infantino Street he was genuinely upset about slipping the information of where Iris was and talks about how he's useless and stuff if that HR was Iris she wouldn't say stuff like that. So the ONLY way for it to be HR is that he switched right there at Infantino Street that's the only way for it to be HR but Savitar runs way faster than Barry so everything moves in slow motion for him so he should've been able to see HR coming up to switch with Iris but if they did switch on Infantino Street I think it would be complete BULL that NOBODY noticed because Savitar should've seen it happening in slow motion since he runs way faster than Barry. AT LEAST Joe should've seen it since he has a better view of the whole scene from that roof.

I just finished watching Flash on Netflix from season 1 to this and you were legit me lol. We saw her die sooooo many times in the season by the music, the vows, the whole episode had me and that fucking ending had me in "my own family member I loved just died tears" then I watched the next episode and got annoyed lol. I am okay with Iris being alive but something about it seemed cheap.

Being a Storyteller myself I got a feeling that it will be HR that sacrificed himself disguised as Iris using that face change Gadget making him a hero and giving his character meaning to the team yes it's sad but it is also heroic but I could be wrong.

actually pretty sure thats hr dying , savitar was running around while barry was distracting him they way enough time to swap place with the face swap and fake it out so barry doesnt know it since he said make a plan i cant know it and everyone is acting like she realy died but still they cry since they still lost hr .

My theory, and what this season is most likely building up to: Iris just died. Barry has to pull it together and not get destroyed. Hope is what will save him, and with that, Savitar cannot be born. That is how we get Iris back - by getting Barry back.

It could be HR as Iris using that disguise pen to change his image to Iris kinda like Barry did in Argus building with Captain Cold when Barry change His image shape into Lila by using that pen power image changer. So HR could take in Iris place, remember Barry told his team He didn't want them to tell Him what they have in plan because Savitar sees everything Barry sees. So Iris is not dead guys but HR maybe dead to save Iris remember what he told Cisco at end as HR look at that image changer power pen controler.
