hol up some people don’t like the new suit and some people think that Grant Gustin (Barry) is too skinny and is not big enough (muscular) to be the flash. Which made Grant really upset and he posted something about always struggling with his body on getting bigger.

+S A if he truly wanted to bulk up he could. I remember a skinny woman telling me she couldn't gain weight and she got offended bc I told her she could if she wanted to but eating a lot of green vegetables for breakfast lunch and dinner wasn't going to do it. She argued with me and I told her I've been fat and skinny and I know eating like that and exercising won't make u gain weight. If Grant wants muscle and manny brawn or if ur a lady and want that and to be somewhat healthy then u eat like soldiers from the past. Starchy vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots etc) the majority of ur meals, light on the green vegetables and meat and lift a lot of weights and run as though you have a drill sergeant around you on a regular basis. But emphasis on lifting weights and taking vitamins. And very very light on fast food but still can eat it more then a skinny person. Grant just obviously likes being skinny and I see no problem with that. Ppl just need to leave him alone.
