12:24 You prolly don’t want the full backstory so brief summary. Basically Green Arrow shoots an arrow at Superman, the Arrow bounces off Superman and hits Superman’s dad in the shoulder. When Superman sees his dad was hit by the arrow he loses his temper and attacks Green Arrow. Beating Green Arrow too death while Superman’s parents are desperately trying too get him too stop.

Flash's character arc was legit the best in the entire game. He was the only one who had enough of Superman's bs and actually crumbled the Regime from the inside. After seeing Billy die, he knew that was the last straw for ever considering trusting Clark again
