I forgot how dark the Season 1 suit was. So interesting to see how the CW's collective superhero shows have evolved from dark colors and grounded stories to bright colors and wildly imaginative stories.

@@tobsonasanya4765 But looking back in retrospect, it really was way more grounded in the beginning. They set clear limits on how fast Barry could run, I think he barely passed Mach2 by the end of the season. Even if the science was all fake, they at least tried to ground everything in reality and explain Meta powers using some sort of real world science. And just the overall campiness of the show, acting and all.

Funny how the speed effects of running are so much better in Arrowverse, and even the Flash TV Series still holds up, and yet the Big Screen flash tunning is a joke.

@@fanversechannel7423 he was inspired by the way lightning, animals and water moves. He also trained in martial arts for 2 years in the Wudang mountains in China. That's the reason why he runs like that.

I swear season 9 had better start looking this good again. The running effects in season 8 were a joke. I cringed every time Barry used his powers outside of the lightning explosions. For the final season, all I want is for it to be close to season 1's quality.

@@dannyphantom3090 Yh until the final arc of season 8 is where the cgi gets shit like you can even tell how unfinished it is and not to mention the final fight with thawne and Barry is so bad like their first fight is 10x better than that disaster also season 8 has just ruined thawne like he’s just a typical power rangers villain now and I’m not even lying when I say this but the fights for this show are so dated now like where are the punches and kicks at like all these speedsters do now is spam lightning that’s it

Honestly I haven't watched s8 I saw parts of it and it looks so bad, the writing and cgi just awful. The actors are good just boring repetitive writing. They should've ended the show in s4 maybe even 3
