Even with very limited knowledge of the source material (at the time of typing), I do have to admit that the handling of this segment is more than respectable on the resources provided for it; the vocal direction from Tre and Reagan could've been a little more liberated, but it still is enough to help newer viewers understand the atmosphere of Avery and Rose's connection and their personal energies, being introduced to The Flick this way delivers to me enough incentive to want to view the whole show and I was easily given a good impression from the way it was presented here. This being said, I feel that more could've been done with this from a filming perspective, especially had there been more cameras to work with: Having grown up watching so many local Talk Shows, Soap Operas, and other programming using the Multi~Camera formula, the use of Single Camera for this take on the scene would explain why a few viewers have expressed either a sense of discomfort or the footage feeling a little unpolished or under par; there are many instances where I could easily admit that this would've benefited from having unique angles during the conversation and perhaps even a direction to follow Avery when Rose plays and turns off the music would've helped things feel a little more Cinematic, the lack of having enough cuts and crops in the original master forces the viewer to pay closer attention to the full frame to prevent losing focus on the dialogue and to do that seamlessly for north of Seven and a Half Minutes would be asking a bit much from certain viewer demographics if this were to be released on Television and/or in Theaters, this is a concept that I would definitely like to witness get reworked with your current era uplifts in production capabilities because there is a lot of good work done here all around and it definitely deserves to have another go at with the improvements you have today to bring it up to code with the later entries of your catalogue.

It's supposed to, to some degree. Though, to some extent, it's more uncomfortable onscreen. If this was onstage, it would seem a lot better.
