Think twice before you buy, because if you want to return or replace it could be a nightmare for you, as they don't have standard customer support & only thing you could do is just to play e-mail email, which they never bother

Delivery is late. but it is worth waiting if you want good quality and comfort mattress at economic price. Purchased two matress and using it for few months. No issues.

I am extremely disappointed with Flo Mattress. Despite ordering 40 days ago, my mattress hasn't arrived, and their customer support is unresponsive. The delay in delivery is unacceptable, and attempts to contact them have been futile. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Flo Mattress at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and nonexistent customer support make for a terrible shopping experience.

This comment is with my personal experience. I bought mattress and pillows from flo mattress and the products are very good. But the cost is too high when compared with other company in same segment. The customer support is literally hell. It took 2.5 months for one of the product to reach me. When I raised request for return, they took 1+ month for sending packing material. After sending the packing material, its been around 2 months and I still didn't get my refund. They will not respond to our emails and calls.

Aap ne bilkul sahi kaha sir same to same mere sath bhi hua hai . 21 oct 19 ko order kiya tha aaj tak pata nahi hai . 1 pair pillow free dene ki bhi baat kahi aur is sambamdh me mail bhi kiya flo compny ne lekin kuch bhi nahi mila . Aakhir me amazon ne payment refund kar diya. Flo ka kahna hai ki fir se order karo 10 din me bhej denge. Chu....ya banate hai Aap sabhi sawdhan rahe flo mattress bilkul n kharide. Order copy Mail ki copy aur voice recording sab available hai

Paid for one 41 days ago, got one msg at 2.00 am at night that order is on the way with FedEx tracking number. Tracking id shows a box of 190x 45x45 is on the way for delivery but it's weight is 0.1 kg.( 100gms). Even empty box should weigh more than that. Not sure what will be delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed

Mam, I know that you are scared but believe me the mattress is really good The video is my frustration from the services which were provided to me by Flo mattress but believe me the mattress is good it's not that good to wait for 90 days but yeah it's great I waited for 93 days and I don't want anyone to wait for that much time that is why I made this video they contacted me after this video and they are really sorry about it they are trying to improve it but I don't see any improvement yet.

Always remember one thing that the mattress price is completely depend on foam material and the technology if you need any hep about the foam i can help you better to find the best mattress for your needs. Wakefit mattress focus on affordability and sleepy cat and sleepy head mattress is good. If you are willing to buy soft mattress please keep in mind that memory foam mattress or any other foam mattress will increase your blood circulation which can lead to sweating and high temperature in this case you required the mattress which can help you to get rid of this. Orthopedic mattress : This is something which every company is fooling to their customer nobody's know what orthopedic means i have seen company like wake fit are selling memory foam mattress by naming orthopedic. Orthopedic mattress need a high density foam or we can say at least medium firm if i rate memory foam its a medium soft firm which you cannot say it as orthopedic mattress. you can also get in touch with me on 8850324590

I don't recommend to any one. 100 days trail is just bogus. They do not take the product return. What they will reply to you is Your address is not Serviceable for pick up. I wonder for delivery it is not a problem. But for return they do have service issues. And they also ask us to move the product to serviceable pincode. Is it kind of joke?

I am facing the same issue, @Flo mattress, do you want all customers to create such video? If yes, then I am ready. I ordered one on 08-Dec-2019, #11123. Still not delivered. No response of mail. On calls you make false promises. As you have seen 5folds increase in orders if you continue behave like this you will soon see steep decline. Believe me I will make this happen because I have sleepless nights and will utilise it, writing this message at 12:00 am.
