Life IS worth living if you appreciate the little things and REMEMBER that your late spouse or loved one wouldn’t want you to be miserable. No one does! You have to work on your mental health for YOU and no one else. But always remember that you can make things better if you’re willing to put it in the work. You’re worth it.
