I was seriously considering hyperspeed clara since her signature LC's healing effect can only trigger once per turn. Faster clara means more ultimates and more healing with her LC.

More speed = more attacks obv, counter attacks is pure rng (her ult doesn't exist) so you need to have atleast 200 speed on her

It’s In her talent when she counters an enemy that atks her she marks that enemy and then does pretty much double the dmg on the skill against them but also removes unless you got e1
