For anyone playing the sf tinker lane, the tech that tinkers like kiyotaka have been running is level 2 E to purge off the raze stacks + create distance.

Lv2 E is also useful vs qop lane so they can't harass you with shadow strike.

@@huckleberryjam4975Q, e, w, w, w, r would be the build. Lase needed to get cs so you can get faster level 2, 3, 4 etc

No it does not because rearm is channeling time... not casting time

Nope, but it does speed up the animation before casting March of the Machines. I build it for that purpose haha
