About The Fosters:
“The Fosters” is a compelling, one-hour drama about a multi-ethnic family mix of adopted and biological teenaged kids being raised by two moms. Stef Adams Foster, a dedicated police officer, and her wife, Lena Adams Foster, a school vice principal, have built a close-knit, loving family with Stef’s biological son from a previous marriage, Brandon; their adopted twins, Mariana and Jesus; and newly adopted siblings, Jude, and his half-sister, Callie. As the third season of “The Fosters” continues, former foster teen Callie is now officially adopted into the Adams Foster family. She must put aside any romantic feelings for Brandon and does so by throwing herself into her “Fost and Found” website, even drawing the interest of an investor. After his performance at Disney Hall, Brandon focuses his energy on his music, working with Mat on a musical for their senior project. Mariana’s relationship with Mat is still estranged, so she turns her attention toward running for junior class president. Jesus makes a friend who is into street racing and, at his prompting, questions Ana about his biological father. When Mike discovers a secret that his foster son AJ is keeping, he is torn about what to do with the information. Jude must face the fact that his boyfriend has decided to move away while a serious medical issue for Stef results in a clash of opinions between her wife, Lena, and her mother, Sharon. I still don't think he killed Martha. He probably just said that because he's tired of fighting. That's not gonna stop Callie though, she's still gonna try to get whoever did it.

Your right he didn’t kill her. Troy confessed to killing his grandma in a later episode and Kyle was eventually released.

Am I the only one who thinks that Kyle is still innocent ? I honestly think he just has given up all hope he has ever had and has just embraced the fact that people Willa always see him as a killer. I don't know the dectective just keeps throwing clues that Kylie was framed.

that could be a possibility, and it's a realistic one at that. Kyle could have just accepted the fact that people see him as a killer and got the tear drop just to get some credibility in the prison.

cynthia zavala The tattoo can actually mean a lot of things, spending time in prison, missing someone who died, etc. It doesn't necessarily mean he killed his grandmother.

lil ray that's true. Gang related that's the definition. I've never heard of filled in tears being used for missing someone who died or because he's been to prison. His tear is filled in. It's not an empty tear.

I understand what you're saying completely and I totally agree with it but it's just like what if this was your brother what would you do and I know he was her foster brother at one point but still. However I do understand what you are saying the bet she has had a lot of crazy stuff in her life it is not right of him to do this. And yeah she has definitely gone through too much stuff. Apparently I just recently heard of is insane scary story we're apparently this man would pick up little girls that had died from their graves. He was later arrested for this after 2 years during a police search or technically a police questioning at his house put on the police coming in they smelled Decay this guy had done all the stuff to these little girls they were dead. And had used a mix of salt and vinegar I think. And apparently that preserves the bodies so he would keep them inside them he would throw out after they started the snow to bed and even put glass eyeballs in some of their eye sockets that they could watch TV this is a very sick case. He would put music boxes and some of them and they were just take his own personal life size dolls. However he had the nerve to turn around during the court and say to the people who lose children have been dug up in grave he said hey it's not my fault you left your kids in the cold weather underground I took them home and warn them. Yeah he actually had the nerve to say this like who does that you're just crazy,

there's another meaning to the teardrop tattoo and it's that the person is mourning the loss of a family member. maybe Kyle is trying to be tough and doesn't want to admit that he lost a family member

Kyle was scared about the money issue but he was innocent of the murder. It was that grandson who nearly killed Callie, himself, and 2 others.

Not at a first but he realized she did everything she could and he suddenly lost all hope in himself to believe he would spend the rest of his life in prison for a crime he didn’t even do. He was set up and accused of what happens because he was a young hispanic male

I think both Kyle and Troy were involved in the murder; they both would have had the same motive for Martha Johnson (Money), but I think Troy was the one who ended her life, and when evidence starting coming together, they turned to Kyle because of Troy being Martha's grandson and Kyle being a minority. Plus, Kyle couldn't point fingers at Troy not just because people wouldn't believe him (which would be the case), but he was probably scared of Troy at the time (based on Troy's encounters with Callie, you would know why). But now he wanted to take advantage of Callie so Troy could get what he deserved just as much as he did.

In a way Kyle is right, Callie used Kyle for her own benefits and nobody told her to help him out. Callie's fist clue should have been if Kyle was really innocent he would have his foster mom to get a good lawyer for him to retry his case, but that never happened. In the end Callie screwed herself over and could be facing 3 years, but with this show focusing mainly on Callie she could actually end up getting some probation.

Maybe she should grow up. She's always fighting for other people but herself. Why didn't she tell anyone about the correction officer in juvie having sex & supplying drugs to the girls? She "cares so much" yet that guy is still there hurting more people.

I don't like Kyle's attitude-he seemed like such a sweet kid-but maybe it's because Callie and Aaron gave him so much hope, and then he got transferred, pretty soon after Callie told him her dad could pay people off to keep her out of jail. I don't think he did it though. He's in a full prison now, and everyone there thinks he killed Martha, so he has nothing to lose by telling Callie he did, but that's not what he said. He said, "what if I did?" That's evasive. I still think he might be innocent.

He said it because he was fed up with everything. "What if I did?" Meaning that even if he did kill her nothing would be different. Even though he is innocent he is still sitting in jail and receiving a punishment for something he didn't do. Even Callie doubted him in this moment.

Okay in my perspective if Kyle was the killer behind all of this he would of came after Callie but is obvious if they made a horror movie Starting (Maia Mitchell) and (Adam Irgoygen) together because I think he could make a good serial killer just by wearing those tattoos
