a fact about Minato’s KCM mode that isn’t well known is that he’s able to do it cause of the Reaper Death Seal. The Reaper Death Seal is dangerous not just cause his soul was sealed, but also cause any trapped souls together in the Reaper’s stomach are destined to fight for eternity. So, I’m guessing after fighting with Minato for so long, Kurama lost his hatred.

The Reaper death seal puts you in a realm where you fight each other until it is undone. So he had 16 years to tame or talk to kurma and bond with him and it was half of him sealed in him. You can check the dub when he does the deal he says half of him in Naruto and Minto with a second seal with his wife.

If that forced battle in the Death God's belly is only between the sealer and the sealed, then Minato and Yin Kurama had 16 years with nobody to fight and talk to but each other. If it's a sort of free for all between every soul that has ever been sealed in the belly, then Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato as Yin Kurama's jinchuuriki, and Orochimaru's poor little arms must have been engaged in nonstop combat for 4 years, which would have been Minato's opportunity to train in KCM. The problem with the free-for-all interpretation is that Hashirama didn't recognize Minato post-resurrection, which means either (1) they didn't meet inside the belly at all, or (2) their memories were altered post-resurrection.

I have aother question. Wnen Minato died is the yin kurama also dead or is it alive? What happens to a tailed beast if its jinchuriki dies?. If it didnt die then that means alive beings can be sealed in reaper death belly? A fight between alive kurama and ghost Minato ofcourse kurama is gonna be exhausted,

yup and also minato clearly said.. he saw everythingnaruto did from inside of him (in pain arc so he saw naruto from the inside meanwhile watching over the seal.. so that might be the reason why he can fuse with kurama right away being the genius he is and since the nine tail already acknowledge the son) so him able to directly enter complete form like naruto is actually not a plot armor/ weird/ whatever ppl saying that

This is an incorrect assumption for multiple reasons. One, they're not sealed by the same method. Naruto has the Tetragram seal, Minato is unknown, but presumably a holdover of the Reaper Death Seal. The Tetragram Seal is meant to leak the chakra, that's how Minato constructed it. Minato and Yin Kurama can do this because they literally only had eachother for 16 years, likely fighting at first and only coming to terms with the futility later, if Minato ever even tried to fight at all. When you spend 16 years trapped together with nothing else to do, unable to even die, you eventually just gotta talk to one another. There's nothing left at that point.

The think that has always bothered me about this part of the arc certainly after the beasts become allies is how much do they know regarding everything which has happened and why the relevant information is not conveyed to the shinobi from karuma, we see this here from 8 tails saying that the 10 tails is entering its final form. As events unfold its an interesting question to ponder.

The conclusion of Part 1 was the Sasuke Retrival arc, at the onset of which Sasuke decides to abandon the Leaf village and join Orochimaru. This episode marks the first scene since Sasuke's original defection in which he returns to cooperate with them and save them from a mutual enemy. This is a HUGE moment for the story as a whole in terms of the character development of Naruto and Sasuke and the main cast. Unfortunately it is overshadowed by various distractions. "Omg its the Fourth Hokage, omg he's Naruto's dad? Let's make jokes about how Sakura is Naruto's gf and how she reminds the Fourth of Naruto's mom, omg it's the other Hokage as well, omg Orochimaru was revived as well, omg the Fourth apparently has the same form as Naruto with no effort..." etc. All this stupid BS that only serves to detract from the themes and the weight of this moment. You could have a full episode just about Sasuke's return with a few of the main characters talking to him, it's that important. Sometimes I wonder whether the writers (be they Kishimoto himself or the anime writers) even understand the characters or the story they're writing. The great shame here is that Sasuke's decision is a fascinating one. He discovered firsthand the dark past and sins of the Leaf village which manipulated his brother (a Leaf loyalist) to slaughter his clan and bear all the blame for the massacre. Sasuke toyed with the idea of revenge, killed Danzo, most directly responsible for it, and even toyed with destroying the entire village to avenge his clan, but after exploring the history of the village and the various conflicts that led to modern times, he has decided not to destroy the village, but to change it, to guide it in a new direction. This reminds me of (ironically) Naruto's words to Neji back in Part 1, when Naruto pledged to change the Hyuga clan once he became Hokage. To use the position as an opportunity to end old BS and create a better future. Its a shame the gravity of this decision was undercut by hollow announcements that "Team 7 is back" ffs.

I feel his adult Japanese voice is underrated. When I first heard it, I instantly liked how brittle and sinister it sounded--like a more youthful and masculine, but lonelier and more cynical version of Orochimaru's Japanese voice. Very fitting for someone who's been hiding in the shadows for so long, with no hope or warmth in his heart.

6:57 Who would have imagined Faxityy and Sakura would end up agreeing on something in the end? This is truly the peak of comedy. I didn't remember this conversation to be honest. I think Naruto actually had a crush on Sakura at some point, definitely when they were young at least. It's hard to know how he actually feels about this at this point in the story. Too bad it seems he stayed unaware of Hinata's feelings for so long. But to be fair, Hinata surely deserves his heart more by a mile though. It's absolutely mindblowing to think all the chakra from Kurama Naruto always had was only half of his actual chakra minus the part Kinkaku and Ginkaku absorbed. Kurama's amount of chakra is completely ridiculous. It's almost unimaginable and one could argue it probably reveals it's not managed very well in the story. The fox has like close to half of Ten Tails' whole chakra alone it's insane.

I mean, I can understand cause it was a major aspect of Hinata's character so it feels satisfying to see her finally getting Naruto in the end. And to be honest it's not like Naruto was particularly interested in one girl in particular. Sakura was the main one but she always loved Sasuke from the beginning so it would have been an impossible love for Naruto in the end. A large part of the fandom also doesn't like Sakura contrary to Hinata so it felt like the right choice considering he wasn't really interested in actively finding a girl.

@@kyurei4478 Lol fr neither could compete with Sasuke 🤣 I honestly think a lot of the fanbase tries to retroactively spin the narrative now that Naruto never was particularly interested in one girl even though a lot of scenes from the original show actually showed the depth of Naruto's understanding of love by trying to let Sakura go in scenes like Sasuke's recovery at the hospital. Personally, I wish Naruto ended up not developing a romance in the original story and having spin-offs post-war develop a relationship maybe with a completely outside character on his travels in trying to fix the shinobi world from the fallout of the war. Pretty much the only actual couple among their generation that had decent chemistry without destroying one or both of the character's integrity was Shikamaru and Temari for me. But honestly, just thankful that romances didn't really become written in by Kishimoto until post-Shippuuden. Unless we exclude Sasuke of course😉

It's true that Naruto never really showed particular signs of attraction for a girl, especially in Shippuden but it was quite clear in the original show that he was onto Sakura a bit. The romance with Hinata feels a bit forced on Naruto's side because he never showed any particular attraction to her. But I think what most people think is that if there was to be one, it should have been Hinata cause she always had feelings for him, but it wasn't very central in the story either. Although she only married him after the war and they developed his relationship with her in Naruto the Last so it's kinda close I guess. I think it would have been pretty underwhelming for people if it was an unknown character though. Nobody would have cared lol. I think it's good just because Hinata deserved it. I wouldn't go as far though, Naruto just didn't care, his integrity is safe 😂. But yeah, I find the Shikamaru X Temari relationship to be the most natural. The Sasuke X Sakura is probably the most disturbing to me tho because of Sasuke. I feel like Kishimoto wasn't that talented at writing romances anyway. It seemed very secondary for him. I guess that's why it majorly came at the end but I don't find it to be a bad thing when it's done well. The Naruto X Sasuke is probably the best developed throughout the whole manga in that regard 😏 lol.

Yin and Yang separately, but likely not Yinyang. There's also the possibility that Sealing just has its own rules. We've seen this before with Hiruzen being able to choose to just take Orochimaru's arms away, when he originally planned to take his entire soul.

Its funny how everybody don't see sasuke as hokage material but looking at his track record he is actually the second qualified after naruto be hokage . From the leaf's perspective he took down orochimaru, diedara and itachi. 3 S class criminals. He also took down danzo who made a joke of the hokage position in the 5 kage summit. Most of the genin and chunin haven't done even close to that. As for his claims about destroying hidden leaf, he never did actually attack the village. The one after him is shikamaru who took down only one akutsuki member hidan which.

About Minato usin KCM, it's pretty logical that he had all the time in the world to get on good terms with Kurama's second half while they were both sealed in Shinigami's stomach. The only thing still confusing to me is how the hell Minato was reanimated as a Jinchuriki from the get go. I mean, Reaper Death Seal traps both its user and their target, so they should be released as separate entities. Like Hiruzen's soul and Orochimaru's arms which were unsealed apart from each other. So, Kurama's second half should've been released as its own beast, it makes no sense for him to stay sealed in Minato.

I think Minato sealed Yin Kurama in himself before being sealed by the Death God. Thus he was already a jinchuuriki when he lived his life in the Death God's belly. It's said that those who are sealed in the belly are locked in combat for eternity. Minato must have been forced to fight Yin Kurama, and it must have occurred in his psyche as he was a jinchuuriki. Its progression must have resembled Naruto's in his training with Bee. That would explain Minato's ability to use KCM after resurrection. Still, not everything is clear. Hashirama did not recognize Minato after their resurrection, when they should have met inside the Death God's belly and been forced to fight each other. A memory wipe can't explain this, because all of Minato's progress with Yin Kurama would have been erased. Perhaps the eternal battle is only between the sealer and the sealed, and Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Orochimaru's arms were put in a reality within the Death God that was separate from Minato and Yin Kurama's. But that's just my guess.
