Season 3, Episode 2: While the Kansas City Chiefs are hard at work with Training Camp, the security team keeps the mood light with “Bob the Bobcat” in the dorms. Go inside the wide receiver group with JuJu Smith-Schuster and Skyy Moore as they are mic’d up for practice. Justin Reid and Joe Thuney take a break from practice with a game of chess. The offensive and defensive line work hard at practice with Trey Smith and Chris Jones. Elijah Lee returns home to Blue Springs High School as they begin their preseason camp. Matt Nagy is back with the Chiefs and discusses his return. The team travels to Chicago, and Travis Kelce meets with the Production team the day before the game. The Chiefs face the Chicago Bears in Preseason Week One and Justin Watson discusses his game and first camp with the Chiefs.

Matt Nagy is an underrated addition to this team this year. He gets a lot of hate for his time in Chicago but he and mahomes have always had great chemistry and I just love the way he coaches guys.

People underestimate what it takes to be a good head coach. Plenty of great coodinators that never made it as head coaches. Romeo Crennel is one of them too

He made mistakes, sure. The deck was stacked against him from that start though. He'll learn from it and become an even better assistant. People forget that Andy Reid used to be notorious for making terrible in-game decisions too.

There are lots of incredible coordinators and position coaches that, for various reasons, aren't great head coaches. Nagy is obviously a great offensive mind and excellent coach.

The Jets do this too with "One Jets Drive", and it's a weekly series. Thankfully I'm a fan of both teams, so I get to enjoy em both 😁 Don't think either team will ever be on Hard Knocks cuz they already have these.

I know Elijah Lee as I graduated the same year as him in High School and was on the football team as a video production manager our Junior and Senior year when we won championships and love that he is a Chief!!!! So excited to see a local guy play! Will grab a 44 jersey as well!

I will say this every single episode. I freaking LOVE this series! One of my favorite things about it is that it “humanizes” the players. It makes them relatable. I just love it! 👏🏻👏🏻

Unsure how to proceed. Avidly watch and read and listen to all things Chiefs as I left my heart in KC though I moved to WA state to be near my adult son who had rooted in the Tacoma area while in the military. He married a lovely gal and when they began having babies I had to transplant as I could Not be a Noni through Facebook. Thanks for all y’all do for us of the Kingdom!!!

Chess. The game of kings and commanders. Love the game, but I won't play without a clock, unless it's correspondence. Since my college days, a half-hour lunch is a best-of-3 blitz tournament. 5 minutes on each clock. Makes it a sport. Slow games drag on and on. If there's a clock on it, the other guy doesn't make you wait forever, and if he does, he loses on time in a little over 5 minutes. 5-minute chess should be a lot more popular than it is. You learn to make good decisions and know what good decisions look like, QUICKLY. Most of finding good moves is to be able to instantly ignore bad moves, and not waste your brain on irrelevant calculations.

If durring the renovation of Arrowhead To remove seats to meet the size requirements of soccer is done, these seats should be saved this time and sold to fans, the proceeds used for some type of non profit inside the kansas city metro area, perhaps youth sports. Even if its just the arms seat and backs somone could make legs for them. What was done the last time on seats that had been in the stadium for 50 years was a shame and lost opertunity. Who and what pays for this still isn't decided but I belive going back in they need to be put in place for dule use, both thd NFL and national soccer games Becuse even if the cheifs move to a new location this stadium will stand for years The whole sports complex should. Its perfect for other venues. Maybe woman's baseball and woman's football.
