it wasn't easy bouncing back from my trip from Germany. I slept, rested to allow the gentle fresh start to my daily routines. I found inspiration creating dinner with sun ripened tomatoes from our farmers' market, Tomato Risotto and Tomato Carpaccio.

Beautiful video...as always...❤...to cook: when we smell the scent of toasted bread in the morning, perhaps we can remember the days of our childhood that began in this way: in addition to the flavor of hot butter and sweet jam on crunchy bread that melts in your mouth, we also relive exciting moments in our lives....cooking helps us to find ourselves...to get back into our rhythms, it helps us to distance ourselves from stressful situations, even if only for a little while...as the famous tenor Luciano Pavarotti said "One of the best things about life is that we must regularly stop any type of work and concentrate on food, and cooking”...❤❤ I think it's true..

It lifts my heart too when I hear or know that my videos can add value to an unknown kindred soul that needs some soothing. Life sometimes hit hard and sometimes shower us blessings. Either way, we all share similar needs within. ❤️❤️❤️

Glad youre starting to get past the jet lag. You have to take care of yourself or you're no good to anyone else. I cant wait until im able to have a calm and peaceful day everyday doing my chores without having to work outside the home. You are blessed. Did you grow those herbs in your garden? I pray a similar prayer for my son as well. You make cooking anything look so easy. I need to be more creative. Thanks for sharing! ❤🤗🌺🌸

Thank you Tammy.. that’s true. I’m living a blessed life. I do know it took a long time before I got to this stage. I didn’t even expect it after what happened in the past. But I do know, you’re going to get there my friend. Wish and visualize it and sooner or later you’ll get there. Yes, I grew my own herbs. Oregano, thyme, basil, parsley, mint and sage😊. Love them and it’s cheaper than buying them at the store🙂. Oh yes, we mothers…our sons are our last love in life❤️ I appreciate you as always Tammy💕

Extreme heat has hit us here in AB, Canada too.. Surprisingly, the early morning air is always cool here too! :) Especially the risotto you made is amazingly beautiful. I hope that your body and mind will fully recover as I feel healed while watching your video. Stay peaceful ❤️❤️

That's interesting to know Gianna! I guess the global weather is changing, but we're lucky at this point to just having heat...other places I've seen were hit by extreme weather conditions. Welcome back! I know jet lag is not easy. Usually, after a trip to the Philippines, it takes me about 2 weeks to adjust lol. I love that you have a garden in your backyard. Grazie per aver condiviso i tuoi pensieri Daniela. Dico molto ❤️. Anche qui in Tennessee è diventato molto caldo... in realtà è insopportabile camminare fuori. Grazie a Dio qui c'è l'aria condizionata. Wow! Sì, mi piace prendermi cura delle piante. È gratificante, semplice e piccolo ma mi dà pace e struttura semplice per la giornata. Sono d'accordo con quello che avete detto come madri. È una sensazione di pace finché sappiamo che i nostri figli stanno bene e sono in salute. A volte è bello essere lontani perché quando ci incontriamo diventa significativo. Anche se ho un'età in cui posso ancora viaggiare, sono comunque grato alla vita e alla piccola benedizione che ricevo ogni giorno. Grazie per essere passato 🙋🏻♀️❤️

He is 30 years old and single. I miss him terribly especially when I know he works and lives alone by himself. He doesn’t need help but I can feel how lonely he gets sometimes. On the other hand, it’s good that he has time to visit me here in the USA. It’s not an obligation though but I consider it as a gift. It’s borrowed time and I’m glad he still wants to hang around with me. We don’t have much to talk to but we love exploring places and food. His interests has broadened and mine has gotten smaller. So missing him sometimes isn’t the same. I miss him more now that he’s thousand miles away from where I live. Unfortunately that’s how life is. 💕Thank you for your empathy and interest on the matter Silvana❤️
