@@ParadiseNigh It is NOT Punk and Rockabilly Combined It is a COMPLETELY different style of music Grown by bands in the late 50s and early 60s in Garages around the US primarily in Southern California The Cramps are the Ones who really Introduced the REST OF THE WORLD to PyscoBilly They Did not invent it They just borrowed the Sounds they heard on the Really Rare Records they sought out in Little used Record shops all over LA and Hollywood. Example: Listen to “She Said” to get the Right sound for his voice Lux flattened two styrofoam cups and recorded the song with them on either side of his cheeks in his mouth There First Show was COMPLETELY PsychoBilly They Played in Late 1978 at the Napa Valley Institute for the Insane and Severely Mentally Ill The caretakers of the Residents said they “ Couldn’t tell the Band apart from the Residents Lux repeatedly jumped in the crowd of people and dance with them It is 2021 but I Lived this I didn’t just Read about it I Saw the Ramones in 1978 at 12 years old I Have been lucky enough to see 100s of Shows Ramones 35 Cramps 33 times And GBH SUBHUMANS DEVO I Have Hung out Back Stage with the Cramps after they Played at the Ventura Theatre So you ARE COMPLETELY WRONG about PsychoBilly Be Careful with Arrogance there are people like me who LOVE to set you Straight
