the election petition hearing in 2013 was winsome in terms of law and it really made us fall in love with the rule of law and democracy as a whole.

Justice Atuguba saved this nation, he singularly worked hard to save the State from falling apart at that critical moment of the Nation.

Be fair guys! Is he the only one to blame. What about those who said, 'only idiots go to court' and those who said the judges 'has no power'. Think about it.

I can't believe this is a supreme court hearing and the advocate have the nerve to argue we are all colleagues, that is the reason why the person who knows the law and flaunts it should have the book thrown at them, this court is a joke with people laughing, very unprofessional and a joke

How do you want a court to be? It's only in Africa where going to court is fearful. The court must be friendly and a place of trust.

Gosh that's very harsh comment. I have been in court hearings were people have tried to use humour to light the tense mood in the court. It is a very intimidating place to be. Have a good day.
