Primus got horrible Customer service

Hi I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad customer service experience with Primus. As a dealer I can only say that in the 35 years I have been using Primus equipment personally I have only every found if it to be really good and when personally I asked Primus customer service a question they came back to me and were helpful. Sometimes things don't always work out and if thats the case for you that was a shame. Thanks for watching my videos, I hope you found them helpful. Russ.
