After watching the reunion, I will always be reminded that Jen and David put all their love into Ross and Rachel. I’ll never watch their relationship the same anymore.

Ross and Rachel are my favorite couple, not only of Friends, but also of all time. I know they are not perfect and some people can be bored with their “will they won’t they “ story. But for me, this was never a problem, because I supported them from the first to the last episode. And alright, they were not stable as Chandler and Monica, but who cares ? They show that a relationship is not a bed of roses and love can be dangerous and complicated, and sometimes, you have to fight for it. You have to fight really hard to finally get right. I love Ross and Rachel’s story, because as complicated as it can be, show us if you find the right person, you’re gonna love her forever, no matter what. In the end, we saw Phoebe was right: they are each other’s lobsters and they were mean to be together.

The only bad thing about this is that they've cut it to say "You're over me?" instead of "You're over me? when were you, under me?"

For everyone that's a Ross hater, let me just say this: He was jealous. He was in fear of losing someone he loved. No one should act like that. Try and make it up. But, it's a *two-way street* . You can't just look at Ross, you got to look at Rachel too. The times he tries to talk to her, she's busy. He panics in those times because, he's jealous. Now, about the break thing because I personally think that it was both their fault (I always will). They're the ones in the relationship, so they *both* caused the duress. He wanted to make up with her so he called but heard Mark on the phone, the guy he's been envious of since the problems started, alone with her. So, what else was he supposed to think? But, he shouldn't have slept with someone else in the midst of their _break_ . If he thought that Rachel was in the wrong, he shouldn't have stooped to her level and done it. But, both in the wrong. Now, after their break up (Seasons 3-10). The normal _Ross Hater_ always says that he was jealous, crazy whenever she wanted to date another guy. Tag, Joey, ALL OF THEM! So; there you go, Ross is terrible because he acted like he owned her. But, again, it's a two-way street. You didn't think Rachel was jealous either? Everytime Ross tried to finally get over her, Rachel would ruin it because of her residual feelings. Bonnie, Emily, etc. Obviously, this "toxic relationship" came from them still having those feelings for each other. They never got over each other obviously. I mean, they got married and pregnant while drunk. And, this was smart show-wise. It makes the show more attractive giving the audience something to root for. It's a perfect "will-they-won't-they" relationship. So yeah, that's my essay.

To be fair, they were on a break; but, they doesn’t mean you sleep with another person.

I think that we all collectively as a community should decide that the Joey-Rachel pairing never happened and completely block it from our minds as if it's a bad fanfic.

Rachel and Ross's relationship came a full circle. He had a crush on her for ages. He grabbed a spoon. They dated. {They may have been on a break🤣} They got married....They got divorced. They had a kid. They came together again. They clearly adored each other..(character wise clearly) They made for each other!

Rachel needed the stability and love that Ross always had for her. She knew, just as we were told in the Pilot, that Ross loved being married and wanted the stability of family life. She knew Ross was a loving, attentive father. She seduced him into an unexpected pregnancy but insisted on carrying their child to term. Rachel knew, always, that Ross loved her. She knew he loved her so much that he was willing to sacrifice happy relationships and once in a lifetime career opportunities to be by her side. Joey never meant the same. He never would. It was really only a matter of Rachel deciding to no longer punish Ross for his one night stand and committing to the man she knew she “was supposed to be with”. That was never Joey.
