I've had acl surgery, part of my mcl, level two fusion. I went out on my shield. No one knows what we fighters go through each and every night. I made a sport that made me. Level two fusion and I fought a few weeks after. Told rogan id make a mark in the sport. We put it all on the line in that cage. *tears* I ve achieved something for my sons that I never thought I would. Level two fusion, I ve had back surgery, neck surgery and I still perform for you guys.

I expected better BJJ techniques from Chael Sonnen, especially with his level of experience. You never give your opponent your back. You learn that as a white belt in BJJ. Things are going to get "very interesting" if or when Kron Gracie arrives in the UFC. Kron is currently perfecting his standup game training with the Diaz Brothers, and just like his father Rickson, his BJJ ground technique is "second to none." If Kron comes to the UFC, then his opponents will either have to score a quick knockout or drastically improve their BJJ in order to survive on the mat against him.

god every time i say im done watching bellator i get sucked back in. like every other time it's the biggest disappointment watching their fights. they just suck and never live up to a third of the hype. 2 old dinosaurs trying to fight for a few minutes. brutal just absolutely brutal. i learned my lesson for sure this time. maybe mittrone vs fedor i'll make an exception.
