Why would Ineos choose to adopt Ten Hag’s philosophy for the club long-term? It’s still unproven to work outside of Holland and there’s no other top coach that plays that way so how would they be able to replace him when needed? EtH wants to play dynamic football, we had Ole ball last year because of how we started the season, this season he is trying yo implement the dynamic style and with the fitness issues we have had ETH has had it tough. We need to back this guy. I don't want the team to play systematic football that has no soul.
