@nicbarth38386 ай бұрын
Self hating narc would usually be of the covert kind. Overt narcs tend to lack the shame necessary or the self awareness of the existence of shame, usually tho the coverts have self awareness and better capacity for shame. One type hates themselves while the other type loves themselves but on the outside both appear to love themselves.
@NewsGuyFred6 ай бұрын
I love her energy. It’s decisively indecisive. She’s confident in what her problems are and what are good attributes and has a general idea of what she wants but when she has trouble explaining, she quickly looks to correct herself. She has no shame in correcting herself nor any shame poking fun at herself nor any shame complimenting herself. An “overly confident” person is often a narcissist and doesn’t like to admit when they are wrong. IMO, those people aren’t actually confident but pretend to be. This woman has the confidence I wish to have - no your problems, be okay with them while addressing them, know your good traits, and be honest in life

@@nicbarth3838 ALL people with NPD are self-hating. Self hatred (and the refusal/pathological inability to ever get past the fear and insecurity of that) is the baseline of what NPD is. Covert narcs, on the other hand, smother you with their (real, but exaggerated for effect) sense of low self esteem. Grandiose narcs manipulate by pitying you. Covert narcs manipulate by getting you to pity them. Many narcs vacillate between BOTH grandiose AND covert. Those are the most destructive narcs of all. @@miahconnell23 short answer: yes. But at first, after the first few ADHD mistakes you make, you may think it’s not. But after those first 30 days, during the few days between scripts, and then when you get a refill you will *really* notice. It’s all about expectations. It’s just meant to slow down your thinking and allow you to stick to the moment. GET THERAPY. Get a few wall clocks and maybe. Timer to just run while you shower. Everything needs to be in your line of sight. Keep keys, wallet and daily items handy in a container where you can see it. Everything is on a delay. Especially your emotions. I have more tips. I pray dearly that if you are on the fence and you do decide to take them-that you are the rare one to have 100% symptom suppression.

@@DarkGloComics Thank you for your candor & willingness to share. I’m going to look for a chemical testing lab because I had BRILLIANT success with ADHD meds fixing my “non-24 never ever ever could sleep-cycle the way most ppl do” PLUS I started getting tasks DONE (not soley creating “to do” lists on random junk-mail envelopes). But then i noticed some capsules missing, and some capsules tampered with, and things have not been as successful since then 😓😡🤷♀️

I just love the cadence of her voice and her outlook on having shit that could be unpacked but doesn't and wants to move on to bigger and better while trying to love oneself. I wish my therapist had challenged me more. We love you, Martha. We hope you find the friends to thrive, find love and show them your beef taco recipe that was your ascendance to adulthood. LOL

She looks good cause she looks natural. She hasn't done anything to her yet. No lip job, no dumb fingernails. No huge tits, not full of make up. Even her teeth are not a 100% straight, which makes her look like a real human being.

She goes on and on and on. I love how in one of the shorts of this interview people totally come to the wrong conclusion that she didn't want to say bye to the interviewer when in fact her mind just doesn't allow her to end any thought!

She's a human pinball machine mentally bouncing all over the place. Probably a lot of fun, and occasionally hard work, but ultimately, she'll bring a lot of love to someone's life

Sweet analogy. She's young and clearly indecisive but I don't doubt she has the potential to untangle her thoughts. Just a matter of growing up, I guess 😊
